Service here has steadily declined over the last year. Between lowering operating hours to only 3.5 days a week and enforcing aggressive fee rules, it has become an unsupportive environment for working families. Reach out anytime between Thursday's close and Monday at noon, and you can say goodbye to $$ just to reschedule an early Wednesday appointment. Having effectively 1.5 days of flexibility is setting patients up to fail, especially single parents or shift workers with changing schedules. We've been loyal patients for three years, but we're officially moving to a new practice.

My children used to cry at every dentist visit, but today was our first time at this clinic, and they left so happy. On the way home, they kept asking me when we would go again. A truly professional teamβthank you so much!

I had some very disappointing experiences here. In my experience the hygienists were not very friendly and did not include me as mom sitting right there in the care that my very young children were receiving. The dentist who we saw was kind of rough and I understand now that she has left the practice but I think the clincher for me was having a dental emergency and not having anybody call back. As well we decided to move on from the practice because they informed us that the female dentist was no longer there and I requested a couple of toothbrushes to tide us over until we found a new dentist and I was refused to telling me that those toothbrushes are reserved only for patients. Of course I can buy the toothbrushes on Amazon not a problem but it was just a courteous request given that we were not informed that the female dentist was leaving or was gone and this was all very last minute. We have found our new dentist and we could not be more thrilled truly there's no comparison. Greenlake kids dentistry needs a complete facelift with the staff and they need to learn how to truly be kid friendly and parent friendly got a long ways to go greenlake kids dentistry. I still have trauma over the experience my kids and I had here. I would never tell anyone to bring their child to this office. Worst experience ever was listening to my child cry for almost an hour, and thinking it was somebody elseβs baby, because no one came out to tell me that my child was having any issues while there. They said I couldnβt go back with my child, so I sat there in front of the receptionist the whole entire time waiting, and no one said a word. I finally asked what was taking so long, and they said my child was having problems. I walked in to the room to find my child trembling, shaking with full on tears in the chair. They said sometimes the anesthesia doesnβt work - so they decided to work on him anyways. They didnβt ask me, they didnβt inform me, they didnβt care. I carried my child out of there as fast as I could and I NEVER LOOKED BACK. Go anywhere else if you love your kid. They never even apologized for what they did to us that day. Horrible people, horrible office. Run.

Recently moved to the Seattle area, & needed a new dentist for my kid. Our experience so far has been excellent. All the staff were very very kind, friendly and helpful. Establishing care for my son & handling insurance plus referral was very easy due to the staff giving clear & useful info along with their help really made the process easy. Our appointment came and went very smooth from the assistant to the dentist and front staff it was great! My son really liked it too, and they're wonderful with kids and really make the experience a positive which is important in dentistry. On top of that it's located in a modern building plus the area is very clean and organized! I'd highly recommend and I'm so happy we found this place! It's just to bad I can't get care here too lol ππ kidding!
